Durango Family Law Is Here for You!

Attorney Hugh Boles, and attorney Rachel Brock, have joined forces to open Durango Family Law. Whether you have questions about what could happen or are actively involved in an open case, our attorneys are here to help you navigate the situation and obtain the best outcome possible for you and your loved ones.

Our attorneys focus on representing clients, and their families with the difficult issues involved in family law, estate planning and criminal matters. Whether you’re a spouse, parent, grandparent, or caretaker, we will not only protect you but work to help set your family and children up to thrive. We bring extensive experience and professionalism to every case and customize our support to your individual needs and concerns.

Our offices are headquartered in downtown Durango, Co., but we serve clients throughout Southwest Colorado with extensive experience in La Plata, Archuleta, Montezuma, El Paso, Alamosa and Rio Grande Counties. Additionally, our attorneys are on the pulse of modern and creative solutions to the legal issues you may face and have monitored the evolution of the law and our culture to assure our approach is tailored to providing you with an efficient and long-lasting outcome to your case.

At Durango Family Law we understand the emotional nature of our client’s cases and the importance of focusing on the individual circumstances of each case so that an appropriate plan and strategy can be made to address each client’s specific needs. Our lawyers will assist you with understanding and focusing on how the law applies to your circumstances, while also respectfully and patiently dealing with the various emotions that unfortunately accompany legal matters. Our firm believes that in many instances the best outcome is unlikely to result from litigation and therefore attempts to utilize alternative dispute resolution mechanisms when appropriate to resolve your case outside of court and without the costs of unnecessary litigation. Our attorneys have settled numerous cases by way of informal negotiations and formal mediations and are also experienced and prepared to take your matter to court if an amicable resolution cannot be reached, or the circumstances dictate immediate court intervention.
